1. परीक्षा शहर आणि तारीख:
   परीक्षेच्या 10 दिवस आधी उमेदवारांना त्यांच्या परीक्षा केंद्राचे शहर आणि परीक्षेची तारीख रेल्वे भरती बोर्डाच्या अधिकृत संकेतस्थळावर (www.rrbapply.gov.in) उपलब्ध करून देण्यात येईल. उमेदवारांनी वेळोवेळी वेबसाइटला भेट देऊन ही माहिती तपासावी.
2. प्रवेशपत्र डाउनलोड करण्यासंदर्भातील माहिती:
   परीक्षेच्या 4 दिवस आधी अधिकृत संकेतस्थळावरून प्रवेशपत्र डाउनलोड करण्याची लिंक सक्रिय केली जाईल. उमेदवारांनी आपल्या नोंदणीकृत ई-मेल आणि मोबाइल क्रमांकावर पाठवलेल्या सूचनांनुसार प्रवेशपत्र डाउनलोड करावे. प्रवेशपत्राशिवाय परीक्षेस बसण्याची परवानगी दिली जाणार नाही.
3. प्रवेशपत्र आणि ओळखपत्र:
   परीक्षेच्या दिवशी उमेदवारांनी प्रवेशपत्रासोबत वैध ओळखपत्र (आधार कार्ड, पॅन कार्ड, पासपोर्ट किंवा मतदार ओळखपत्र) आणि दोन पासपोर्ट आकाराचे फोटो घेऊन येणे आवश्यक आहे. कोणत्याही प्रकारची गडबड टाळण्यासाठी हे कागदपत्र आधीच व्यवस्थित तयार ठेवावीत.
4. परीक्षा केंद्र आणि वेळ:
   परीक्षेचे केंद्र आणि वेळ संबंधित संपूर्ण माहिती अधिकृत संकेतस्थळावरच जाहीर केली जाईल. कोणत्याही अफवा अथवा सोशल मीडियावर पसरलेल्या चुकीच्या माहितींवर विश्वास ठेवू नये.
5. उमेदवारांसाठी आवश्यक सूचना:
   • परीक्षेसाठी वेळेपूर्वी परीक्षा केंद्रावर पोहोचावे, कारण उशिरा आलेल्या उमेदवारांना परीक्षेस बसण्याची परवानगी दिली जाणार नाही.
   • परीक्षा केंद्रावर इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरणे, मोबाइल फोन, स्मार्ट घड्याळे, कॅलक्युलेटर किंवा कोणत्याही प्रकारचे प्रतिबंधित साहित्य नेण्यास सक्त मनाई आहे.
